What are your business hours?
We are a family owned business (internet sales only) that normally operates from Monday thru Friday, 8AM - 4PM (EST).
Any orders placed over the weekend usually ships on Monday depending on work load.
However, we have been known to get orders out on a Saturday when time permits.
In addition, we've been known to work extra hours past our normal business hours to pack orders.
We do pride ourselves on getting orders shipped as fast as possible because that's what we would expect as consumers ourselves.

What payment types do you accept?
We accept major Credit Cards, Money Orders OR PayPal using their Express Checkout.
NOTE: We have stop taking personal checks due to people not following thru with the order.
We have to allow for at least 7 days to get a check in the mail and when people never send a check, this inventory is locked and unavailable for sale.
This means paying customers can't order these items until the order is canceled.
Sorry that everyone has to pay the price for the select few that don't complete the transaction.

Yes! Said with Charm offers a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.
That means, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with our products, you may return the item(s) you purchased for a partial refund which does not include shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
However, if you opt for an exchange, we will waive the restocking fee so you get the full value of the item.

How will my items be shipped?
We now offer one shipping method for US customers from the United States Postal Service which is Priority Mail.
In addition, we now offier one shipping method for International customers which is Express Mail because it provides a tracking number.
Once your order is processed/packed which takes between 2-3 days, your order will be shipped via Priority Mail or Express Mail.
With all packages, we include Delivery Confirmation for FREE (this only applies to valid addresses found in the USPS system).
Please note that the US Post Office provides delivery confirmation only, and not continuous tracking service.
With that said, no tracking information is available until after your package has been delivered or delivery has been attempted.
This is our proof that you received your order.
IMPORTANT TERMS: Said with Charm is not responsible for service transit times or lost packages due to invalid addresses.
The United States Postal Service is responsible for getting your package safely to you.
They provide the transit service which excludes Sundays and holidays.
Also, the transit times will vary, particularly during peak periods.
With that said, once it leaves our building, it is out of our hands and no longer our responsibility.
If you feel your package is taking longer than usual, please track the package first to ensure it has not been delivered per the usps.com website.
If it does not show delivered, please wait the maximum amount of time before contacting us.
We will only attempt to ship another package if the Delivery Confirmation number never shows being delivered (within a reasonable amount of time per our discretion), "return to sender" or "undeliverable" for whatever reason.
If you gave us an invalid address, we will not be able to ship another package unless it comes back to us.
This will happen when the USPS makes an attempt to ship the package and discovers the address could not be found.
If a package does return to us, you will be contacted in order to get a correct address.
At that time, we will try to ship the package again but you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the package a second time.
If you are not willing to pay for shipping due to your error, a refund will be given with the exception of the shipping cost and you will be asked not to order from us again.

What happens if an item is damagad when it arrives?
Our products are GUARANTEED against any kind of defect upon receipt.
If you have a problem with an item after receiving it, notify us immediatly by email.
Be sure to provide us with the part number and description of the problem you are having.
If possible, include your order number and the date of purchase.
This will allow for a quicker reaction time. You will have the choice of receiving a replacement or a full refund.
To receive a refund, you will be expected to send the item back to us so that we may return the item to our supplier.
Once received, you will be issued a refund.
PLEASE READ If the item is no longer available or in stock, you will have the option of choosing another item of equal or lesser value or the full refund.

Will the brands you sell fit a Trollbead bracelet?
Trollbead starters are approximately 3mm (a little thicker) chains like Pandora, Biagi, Chamilia and others.
However, they do not have threaded end caps like the BIAGI and Pandora bracelets.
Because of this, all beads sold on this website should fit onto a TROLLBEAD starter by sliding over the end, but NO TROLLBEADS will fit on any other brand of starter.

Will the brands you sell fit a Pandora bracelet?
Pandora starters are 3mm chains like Biagi, Chamilia, BACI and others.
In fact, some of the bracelets are almost identical in styling.
They have the same type of threads like the BIAGI and Baci bracelets sold on many websites.
Because of this, all beads sold on this website should fit onto a PANDORA starter.
In addition, the PANDORA beads should fit on any other brand of starters as well.

What size are the Italian charm bracelets?
We offer a variery of starter bracelets which will get you well on your way to a unique creation.
The majority of Italian charm starter bracelets start with 14-18 links which will fit most people.
Our bracelets come with 18 links unless otherwise noted. To ensure a proper fit, the guide below to help you determine how many links will be needed for your wrist.

How do you add charms to an Italian charm bracelet?
All starter bracelets are completely adjustable, so you can add or subtract links as needed. Simply slide and unhook the charm with your fingers.
However, for an even easier way, you can purchase a "charm tool" which makes adding, subtracing or changing out charms a snap.

No. At this time we ONLY sell to retail customers.

Are all the items offered on this site in stock?
Yes. Our shopping cart allows us to show only those items IN STOCK and ready to ship.
Our website will actually tell you exactly how many we have in stock.
When an item is out of stock, it will disappear from our store until more arrives from the supplier.
However, from time to time, an item will show in stock but we discover we really don't have it anymore.
When this happens, we will offer you a refund or the option to pick a substitute to replace the item.
Several emails will be sent letting you know this has occured. We will give you approx 4-5 days to respond back to us with your decision.
If we don't hear from you, we reserve the right to substitute the out of stock item with something similiar or issue a refund.
This will prevent the order from being held up longer than necessary.
We find most people are happy with either a refund or the choice of picking something else out.
We made the choice to do it this way because it's nice to be notified about the out of stock item.
I find some online retailers don't let you know and just ship what they have leaving you to figure things out after the fact.
At least we try to resolve the situation up front with several options.

What is a mega link charm?
They're 18mm modular link charms that are twice the size of standard Italian charms.
You use them to link two existing Italian charm bracelets together.
You can attach just one mega link to a bracelet or add 3-4 by spacing them all the way around your wrist to create a very unique look.
You can also make one larger bracelet with only mega links as seen to the right.

How do you connect Mega Links to a bracelet?
A Mega Link charm connects very easily to a Italian Charm bracelet.
They are almost identical to the standard size Italian charms, except they are twice the size.
Each end of the Mega Link charm is set up to receive two charms, one next to the other.
Attaching a Mega Link is done exactly the same as attaching a standard size Italian Charm.
Depending on the side you are attaching a bracelet to, slide the link open, and attach the hook into the charm, or slide the standard size charm open and hook onto the Mega Link charm.

Can I add to my order after it has been placed?
Yes, if you contact us immediately after placing the order (within the first 2-3 hours), we should be able to help you out.
This is because we do everything we can to get your order out the same day you place it. So if you wait to long, chances are it has been packed for shipping.

Do all the Italian charms fit together?
Yes! All of the various brands of standard size Italian charms (9mm) that we carry are interchangeable.
We have tested each of them to ensure that they fit together.
However, keep in mind that there are other sizes of Italian charms and bracelets such as 13mm and micro size (5mm).
These will not fit with the standard size Italian charm bracelets.

Do you have a catalog?
No, we will never have a catalog. This is because our inventory and prices are constantly changing in an effort to keep only the best items at the best prices on our website.
In addition, we offer many brands on our webiste coming from multiple suppliers which are constantly changing things up as well.

Do you manufacturer any charms yourself?
No. We simply buy and sell ALL the various brands on our website.
Regarding the D'linQ brand, this is a Chinese made “Italian style” charm.
You'll find many new lines of charms coming out of China due to the price point they meet.
You won't find many people wanting to pay $15-$20 dollars on a single charm.
The D'linQ brand of charms are either hot soldered, cold soldered, or glued. With that said, there will be a slight variance in the quality from charm to charm.
However, they allow us to meet a price point, between $2-$3, that allow many people to get into the fun of collecting these unique charms.

What is the difference between "Authentic Italian Charms" and "Italian Style" charms?
We tend to use the words "Italian Charm" for all the various brands we carry so keep that in mind.
However, we do indicate when a charm is truley an "Authentic Italian Charm".
To help you better understand the differences between the two, we have provided the following information:
- Authentic Italian charms are made by an Italian manufacturer in Italy while the "Italian Style" charms are typically made in China or Asia.
- Authentic Italian charms are made of 18 karat gold and nickel FREE stainless steel while "Italian Style" charms can be gold-plated or made of brass and various grades of stainless steel.
- Authentic Italian charms are typically soldered while "Italian Style" charms can be soldered or glued depending on the manufacturer.
- For both authentic and "Italian Style", we find them to be compatiable with the many growing brands.
There have'nt been any brand in our collection that did not interchange with the others.
To find out for sure how and who made your Italian charm, check the back of each link. You will typically find the name of the manufacturer and possible where it was made.
Common brands that are NOT authentic Italian charms are D'linQ, UBERRY and B'linQ.
